2. Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals and businesses that are legally permitted to operate commercial vehicles. By using our services, you confirm that you:

- Have legal authority to enter into a binding agreement
- Possess all required licenses, permits, and insurance for trucking operations
3. Service Fees & Payments
- Fees are charged after services have been rendered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payment terms, percentages, or flat fees are communicated prior to or during service engagement.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
4. No Guarantee of Loads or Revenue
Tele Promotions LLC does not guarantee:
- A specific number of loads
- Minimum revenue or profit
- Acceptance of rates by brokers or shippers
Load availability depends on market conditions, carrier compliance, and third-party decisions beyond our control.
5. Non-Refundable Services
Because our fees are charged after services are provided, all payments are generally non-refundable.
However, we understand exceptional situations may arise. In such cases:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of payment
- Requests must be sent to info@telepromotionllc.com
- Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
Approval of any refund is at the sole discretion of Tele Promotions LLC.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain active insurance, authority, and compliance
- Communicate availability, preferences, and limitations clearly
- Accept or decline loads promptly
We are not responsible for delays, penalties, or losses caused by inaccurate or late information provided by the client.
7. Independent Contractor Relationship
Tele Promotions LLC acts solely as an independent service provider. Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

- Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question

We may communicate with brokers, load boards, and other third parties on your behalf. We are not responsible for the actions, decisions, or failures of any third party.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services:

- For non-payment
- For fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
Clients may discontinue services at any time, subject to outstanding payments.
